Affinity Business Solutions operates from a State-of-art 100 seater International call center located in the heart of Gurgaon, Haryana. The center is registered with STPI as 100% EOU.

Dialer : We use the best dialer- Aspect Ensemble Pro Version- 6.6 with features as :- Preview Dialing , Call Analysis , Call Blending (Outbound and Inbound) , Campaign Flow, Filters, Alert Manager , Recall Management , Skills-based Routing , Specific Agent Recall , Comprehensive Reporting, Voice recording , Time Zone Management, etc.

PBX : PBX we use is Nortel (Nortel provides advanced voice features, data connectivity, LAN communications, computer telephony integration (CTI) and information services for communication applications ranging from 60 to 80,000 lines).

Server : We have a primary server with the configuration : HP- P4, 2.33 GHz Dual processor, 3.25GB RAM, DUAL Power Supply, HDD 146 GB x 3 RAD -5 Implementation. WIN 2003 Advanced Server. Incase the Primary server is down we have our backup server with the same configuration. Other Servers include the Recording Server which keeps the record of our data and the domain control server which controls our website.

Workstations : Workstations are fulfilled with configurations such as HCL Desktop PC: P4 D PDP @ 2.8 GHz, Internet Keyboard, Optical Mouse, 80 GB HDD, 17" TFT Monitor/ Win XP Professional, RAM- 512 MB- 4GB.
We use Plantronics Dial pad & Noise cancelling Headsets.

Internet Connectivity : We have a back up plan for the lines with two redundant of 60 lines each, which can also be terminated/switched to different carriers.

Center Uptime:
Committed: 95% uptime, though we have been achieving 99%.

Technical Team: The Center is supported by a Technical team with more than 12 years of experience in various call center Technologies.

• IPLC is used for international call center operations.
• Dedicated Broadband lease line with flexibility for maximum uptime from Bharti Airtel and BSNL respectively.
